Welcome To Year 2

A message from Mrs Aitchison

Year 2 is taught by Mrs Aitchison, and is supported by our Higher Level Teaching Assistant, Miss Bamborough.

In Year 2, we work hard to become confident, independent learners.

We will enjoy exploring new topics, reading amazing stories, developing our maths skills, carrying out investigations, creating artwork and learning more about the world around us.

Children also take part in a range of exciting educational visits in Year 2 and perform in a beautiful Nativity production with Year 1.
