A great start to the season for the girls football team, who won their first 3 matches and drew their 4th. The girls played some fantastic football and displayed great potential for the season ahead. They also loved playing in their new smart kits, which were sponsored by Starling Bank. A special mention to Ellie’s mam for organising and obtaining the new kits.
Ellie also picked up the ‘equal access’ to football award for St Matthew’s achievements in allowing both boys and girls to have equal access to football in KS2.
