Year 4 had a special visitor today, Gillian Bell from UK Parliament, who came to teach us about debating in the House of Commons. The class were divided into the government and the opposition and had to debate some important issues, such as, should homework be banned or should children only be allowed 2 hours of screen time! It was a lively debate! Great job Year 4!
