All of KS2 had the opportunity to meet our visitor Gillian Bell from UK parliament today! We had a chance to learn about the different parts of parliament and find out how a Bill turns into an Act of Parliament. The children had lots of great ideas about health, education and housing! Now they can write to our local MP Kate Osborne. The school council are looking forward to their next meeting to use their voting and debating skills!
