Moving for Mental Health

We have been doing a lot work for Mental Health Awareness week, this morning in Year 2. We have been thinking about the importance of positive mental health and things we can do to feel better e.g. not worrying about things that we can’t control, trying to do fun/ happy things if we feel sad and staying active! We did a 5 minute workout to help our concentration and make us feel happier ‍♂️‍♀️☺️
