Yesterday, the St Matthew’s Swim Team for 2022 took part in the South of Tyne Swimming Finals at Haven Point in South Shields, against the finalists from Gateshead and South Tyneside. The team performed really well, finishing 6th overall and collecting a superb 11 medals. Well done to Eddie (1st individual, 2nd in relay x2), Daniel(1st individual, 2nd in relay x2), Sam (2nd individual, 2nd in relay x 2), Reggie (2nd in relay x 2), Natalia, Jess, Ruby and Leah. A great performance from everyone!
