Our school now has access to the Reading Plus programme which can help you during this time to help the children to progress in reading and other related areas.

Usernames are first names plus first initial of surname (e.g. HarryP).

The children can access this immediately. They need to complete an initial reading assessment to begin with which will then assign them books at the correct reading level (it is very important that the children do this assessment on their own). It is worth noting that to begin with the programme will assign children books that are not too challenging and will steadily increase so that they are gaining confidence.
