Dear parents/carers

Apologies , once again we have been let down by the text messaging service (due to the unprecedented volume of schools countrywide trying to text parents!) and we understand not everyone has received their confirmation of a place texts.

All parents, deemed a critical worker who requested an ACCESS place for their child/children have been offered places for their requested days/dates.

School opens for these ACCESS places at 8.50 am for a 9.00 am start using the usual entrances. School will close at 3.20 pm with gates open from 3.00 pm for parents to pick up from the usual designated playground. Children must attend wearing school uniform and bring their own water bottle. Your child’s usual lunch arrangements will continue. If they have a school lunch this will be available for them and if you normally provide a packed lunch, you should continue to do so! Arrangements for payment (if your child is in Y3, Y4, Y5 or Y6 and normally pay) remain the same through ParentPay.

Apologies for the confusion around texts and we thank you for your patience in what has been a very challenging time today for our administration team, collating all of the information provided in such a short time period.
