Miss Wiblin is our Year 6 teacher and she is supported by Mrs Limer, one of our fantastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants, and Mrs Blackburn, our amazing teaching assistant. Year 6 work very hard and the wonderful staff in Year 6 help to prepare them well for SATs. Year 6 also have a fantastic time at their residential to Thurston and are renowned for their amazing end of year productions! There are lots of opportunities to take up a number of roles and responsibilities in Year 6, such as being buddies for our Reception class, being part of our Junior Leadership Team or becoming an RE Ambassador. Our Year 6 pupils leave St Matthew’s ready for the next chapter of their exciting journey…Secondary School!
