Year 2 is taught by Mrs Aitchison and supported by Miss Bamborough. Staff aim to make learning as fun and engaging as possible for the children. They are supported in their transition from Year 1, in the preparation for their SATs, and their move to the juniors by a dedicated team of staff. A range of strategies are used to ensure the children progress well throughout the year. Children also take part in a range of exciting educational visits in Year 2 and perform in a beautiful Nativity production with Year 1.
