It wouldn’t be Christmas at St Matthew’s without a visit from The Holly and the Ivy Roadshow. It was fantastic to welcome back David, Laura and Stuart, who performed a variety of different songs and stories for the children. We loved it!

It was fantastic to all come together and share Christmas dinner, which was provided by our excellent catering team. Pupils, staff and governors all thoroughly enjoyed their turkey with all the trimmings!

Reception class had the opportunity to visit The Urban Factory in Hebburn, where they took part in a range of gymnastic activities. They had great fun practising their skills on the different apparatus.
