Year 6 have proved themselves to be budding journalists with some excellent newspaper reports based on their current class novel ‘Boy in the Tower’. They also used the opportunity to develop their word processing skills. Well done, Year 6!

Reception are on the last phase of their Talk for Writing Book – the Little Red Hen. Using our story map we changed the characters in the story and what they would make. We can’t wait to create our own stories this week!

In English Year 3 have been writing an opening to ‘Leon and the Place between’. The children created their own ideas to the story before we read the book. They have very creative ideas! Well done Year 3!
