What a lovely afternoon we have had sharing stories with our grown ups! The children read and listened beautifully, and it was a good chance for them to show off their projects too.

Reception are on the last phase of their Talk for Writing Book – the Little Red Hen. Using our story map we changed the characters in the story and what they would make. We can’t wait to create our own stories this week!

In English Year 3 have been writing an opening to ‘Leon and the Place between’. The children created their own ideas to the story before we read the book. They have very creative ideas! Well done Year 3!

Yesterday Reception had the most amazing story sessions with our grown ups. We were having such a good time, that even Mrs Alderson joined us! We can’t wait for the next one!
