Year 1 have enjoyed learning a new story today, Little Charlie and the Lighthouse Keeper. They have put actions to the story and produced a story map.

Year 2 started their new English topic today, by looking around school for some traditional tales, and then completed their cold piece of writing, where they tried to write their own.

Year 6 have proved themselves to be budding journalists with some excellent newspaper reports based on their current class novel ‘Boy in the Tower’. They also used the opportunity to develop their word processing skills. Well done, Year 6!
